Premium Video Issue (multiple platforms)

So the GB video buddy kept failing downloads of premium videos, and when streaming them telling me my device couldn't play them (fairly new android that I've had no issues with for 6 months), but when I try to play/download from the site directly I'm getting the same problems cropping up.

Hmm have you downloaded a larger than normal amount of videos lately? You might want to wait 24 hours to see if you're hitting an API limit or something. What error do you get when you try to watch/download from the site?
