I used to really like gamespot. It seemed up to date on news and reviews, Also the little shows that they had like "On the Spot" were awesome. But after the whole fiasco, for some reason the site just seemed to be lagging behind on news, and reviews only came out only like once a week. It began to feel very corporate and I eventually left. GameTrailers filled in as my game site for a few months, then I just migrated here. This is one of the better game sites that I have been to, and is infinitly better than the current gamespot

Was stevenscott14 on GameSpot... I like this site a lot more at the moment, and am considering just jumping ship completely. They just need to make this site faster. I understand this is their top priority at the moment so I'm not too worried, guess we'll just have to wait.

This place is very promising, although there are a few things that needs to be fixed. Although that will come in good time, it's only the first day after all.

no, not really, but I don't like this site too much, the forums are kinda weird and I don't like the profile options, I like GS more since I'm not really there for the games or reviews but the community and forums.

I've been a GameSpot users for several years before Jeff, Rich, and all that happened. Instead of visiting the site several times a day like I used to, I would only come on about every couple weeks.

I've had my fair run on gamespot but I think it's time to start afresh here. In all honesty the place has been bugging me the last few months, the community isn't as strong as it used to be, every second user has a bone to pick with me and moreover the site is just downright corrupt. I considered just making an alt account but I think an entirely new website is the better option. So to make this permanent I wanted to go out with a bang. Here's the deal. If five users here with over 1,000 posts on gamespot make suicide threads within the next hour then I will suicide my account. So who's got my back?
